OFFSHORE FACTORIES WITH SUFFICIENT CAPACITY AND EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT

Annual capacity of our Cambodia factory reaches 3~3.6 million pcs , and annual capacity of our sub-Myanmar/Bangladesh factory reaches 5.5~6 million pcs. Management team of our own offshore factories are all from China, which further to guarantee a more efficient manufacturing process and a complete follow up as per each customer's quality requirement during production.

FABRIC SOURCING AND DEVELOPING CAPABILITY AND 3D DESIGN ABILITY

Our Developing department aims to offer the best service by being proactive and cooperative. We keep sourcing and developing new fabrics and styles and share them with our customers regularly. Since 2022, we started our 3D project and completed the online showroom. Now we share our 3D designs to our customers and start to helped them to finish the proto by using 3D platform.

COMPLETE CERTIFICATION SYSTEM

We annually have BSCI and ICS audits and pass. We also have ISO9001, BCI, OCS, GRS, HIGG certification. We keep close cooperation with high-level, large scale knitting, dying, washing and printing factories which also have BSCI, IDFL, OEKO-TEX, CE, HIGG, GRS…certificates.

ECO FRIENDLY AWARENESS ·TRANSPARENT SUPPLY CHAIN

Besides the OCS, GRS certifications, we also use recycled material for packing and polybags to meet the SUPD rules. We are open to share the whole supplier chain to our customers and we are also a member of a transparency platform-Tex.tracer.
